Rule 10
Meeting of the technical committee
(1) The meeting of the technical committee will be held once in four months as needed.
(2) The meeting of the technical committee will be held on the date, place and time specified by the chairman of the committee.
(3) Before the meeting, the member-secretary of the technical committee shall give the information including the topics to be discussed in the meeting in writing to all the members and experts and representatives of donor organizations who will be invited to the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members are present in the meeting of the technical committee, it will be considered as a quorum for the meeting of the committee.
(5) The meeting of the technical committee will be presided over by the chairman of the technical committee and in his absence by a member chosen by the members of the technical committee from among themselves.
(6) In the technical committee meeting, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The technical committee may invite the representatives of the relevant bodies, experts and representatives of the project implementation bodies to the meeting as required.
(8) The decision of the meeting of the technical committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of that committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the technical committee shall be as determined by the said committee itself. 11. Tasks, Duties and Powers of the Technical Committee: In addition to the tasks, duties and powers written elsewhere in this paragraph, the tasks, duties and powers of the Technical Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To prepare and submit to the Committee for approval the standards and guidelines related to the selection and operation of the Fund's strategy, tactics and projects and project implementing agencies,
(b) To assist the committee in the task of inspecting, monitoring, evaluating progress and reviewing and analyzing the impact of the project.
(c) To prepare the details of the physical and financial status, progress, income and expenses of the project and submit it to the committee. (d) To provide technical assistance to programs and projects related to peacekeeping that are being conducted or to be conducted from other sources,
(e) To perform other tasks according to the instructions of the committee.
